We've created this page along with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, in recognition of all the years Dad served on the Ocean waves. We Know that sounds a bit odd, for folks landlocked in the midlands, as far away from the sea as you can imagine... but as he worked for the majority of his career at sea, for the Air Ministry and RAF for much of the time........ I'm sure you'll all know the ship he crewed sailed, the Severn seas rather than soaring in the clouds above...... Clouds being the operative word, as he was always looking out for them!.
